QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Must be a graduate of a school approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association and the Council of

Medical Education and Hospitals of the AMA.

Must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.

Preferred one to two years experience in outpatient, pediatrics, skilled nursing and/or home care settings.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Current State of California Occupational Therapist license.

Current California Drivers License.

Current Car insurance.

Current CPR certificate.
