SUMMARY
The Skilled Nursing Facility Clinical Coordinator, coordinates resident’s needs in all aspects of their care and provides prescribed medical treatment and personal care to patients that are ill, injured, convalescent or disabled per the State of California Nursing Practice Act under the supervision of the Registered Nurse in the Skilled Nursing Facility at Mountains Community Hospital. Responsibilities include the areas of leadership, conflict resolution/decision making; communication/interpersonal skills. Acts as a liaison, promoting positive interpersonal relationships between employees, management, and administration.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Preferred one-year clinical experience in a skilled nursing facility.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Current license to practice Vocational Nursing or Registered Nursing
Current CPR certificate.
ACLS desired.
